There are tons of new features in Lync 2013 and tonight I just noticed another one: You can see if a contact is “Video Capable”. How many times have you called someone and asked them if they have a video CAM? Well, Lync 2013 looks to make that another thing of the past.
Note: I’m not exactly sure when this shows up, but in this senario the Lync client its showing on does NOT have a video cam but the contact did.
